mmm... carl's jr. for breakfast. i swear, sometime's i'm just too fat for my own good. i need to start eating better and stop eating at such odd intervals. i won't eat for like 10 hours and then i'll go pig out, then i'll let the cycle repeat itself. i read somewhere that it's good to start out with a decent sized breakfast and then just have little meals and snacks to throw kindling on the fire of the body's digestive/fat burning machine.

what's this bullshit i hear? diet?
