no coincidence really, but i've got tickets for social distortion on january seventh and pescador and i are going to see flogging molly on november eighth. it's also rumored that the scotchgreens are going to be at the barn in tustin towards the end of november. i really want to go catch them again, but mostly because i want to get their cd and hear the wicked cover of "twenty eyes" they do.

i also really want to see gallagher's pub's saturday night fixture the american wake... maybe i can convince people that we need to go and drink massive ammounts of guinness, boddingtons and/or murphy's. drinking always seems to be a good excuse for anything in this group.
