retraction: earlier, when i said my kindeys hurt i was way too gone on cold meds to recall that the kidneys are located in one's back not in one's gut. i think the pain in my gut is because of all the harsh coughing from this godforsaken cold making the muscles along my gut contract and generally not feel good.
