although the bbq ran out of gas about two hours into cooking and everyone was full by the time it was done in the oven, the
turkey i did on thanksgiving came out good. the only note i have for people looking to do one next year or for christmas this year is this:
buy an actual injector, not an baster with an injector tip. belive me, you'll thank me later.
