after taking a look at a couple region free dvd players i'm considering picking up a lasonic eighty.ninety off ebay. they go for about eighty dollars [a hundred after shipping] and they play pal and ntsc discs, svcds, vcds, mp3 cds and are region free. if i were to get one i could then find an elusive copy of "trainspotting [green edition]" and enjoy it until my head explodes. besides, it's j.tech - which i have an amazing boner for by default. so the question for this afternoon is simple: has anyone had any expirence [good or bad] with laconic dvd players?
