thanks to superfuturecity i found the standard hotel - a super cool place to rendevouz or party in downtown los angeles. the decor looks really fucking sweet and plenty of magazines have written glowing reviews of both it and it's sister in west hollywood. one of these weekends i'll have to go there just to get away and check it out.
