when i first met tim about four years back noid and i swung by his apartment where i got to witness this amazing pseudo-shrine to the amiga. thousands of floppies and countless systems were stacked up in a well regulated fashion all over his apartment. at the time i really wasn't sure what an otaku was but i'll be damned if tim's amiga collection wasn't the first instance i'd witnessed of "obsessive geekiness".
later as i worked with tim he'd randomly show me demos and other sweet things that his amiga could do and i'll admit that even in the day and age of alpha blending operating systems and candy coated user interfaces i was impressed. either way, tim ought to appreciate these amiga demos recorded and preserved in divx.
