i take task with parts of jim coudal's formula for a perfect martini [see: blue cheese stuffed olives? i prefer a heathen twist of lemon.] but since the holidays are coming up i do find that it is becoming martini weather. reguardless, i will eventually give his technique a try.
of course a martini purist would most likely contest that it's always martini weather, but i am not a purist.
