well, i got the ram for my almost month old ibook in at work today and it would seem that i don't have a small enough philips head screwdriver to remove the protective shielding. i'll cart the ram and ibook home and hope i can find a screwdriver there - or if it comes to it i may have to part with a dollar or two at walgreens for an eyeglass repair kit.
