i'm so fucking tired of not having any energy and having to rely on synthetics [caffeine] to get me thru my day... i know what my problem is tho, i'm far too inactive. it comes partly from working a desk job, and partly because i'm so lazy by nature.

i think i'm going to make a habit of using the stairs in the building and go up and down at least once when i get an official "break". that and i should walk at least a mile each night. maybe i can use the track at biola and start by run-walking and working my way up to full on running.

all i know is i need to be more active and cut down on the junk [soda, fries, etc.] or else i'm going to get worse and worse. i'm bad enough as it is. no more super sized combos. no more "what have i done besides sit at a desk today?" days.

something's gotta give.
