so... i've put away all four sam adams in my fridge and i'm ready to head home. now that i've gotten rid of all the crap in my fridge at work i won't be tempted to grab a snack or a beer instead of getting some water.
yes, i am serious about getting in shape... but that doesn't mean i'm giving up beer. i'm just cutting back. it'll be nice to work myself back into a low alcohol tolerance again tho, that way i can get drunk faster... and maybe if i cut back on soda and coffee and red bull i'll be able to get a buzz off caffeine again.
